There is a Scout in my unit with the name displayed with lowercase first letters in Scoutbook. SB User ID is 12463455. The name is correct in my.scouting. We are at a loss for how to fix it. Any ideas?
@DavidStowe I was able to fix this for you by syncing from my.scouting.
Normally, you have to contact your local council and ask them to fix it for you.
