Scout no longer in Scoutbook/Scoutbook Plus

A scout who is currently registered and active and was previously in Scoutbook is now gone from my roster in Scoutbook/Scoutbook Plus. He continues to be on my roster in my.scouting (MID 141657056)

I have an eagle scout who recently turned 18. We still have a few awards and merit badges to purchase. He no longer appears in our roster and I cannot approve these items to get them included on the purchase order for our scout shop. Is there anyway to address this?

@DanielLepori is the scout still registered in the unit? Does key3 see the scout in my.scouting roster? If not council can approve the items.

@DanielLepori On the Roster in Scoutbook Plus, did you select the options in the filter to show adults and 18+?

If the Scout has dropped from your roster at my.scouting.org you will need to contact your Council to add the missing awards. If the Scout is still on your roster at my.scouting.org as a youth, post the Scouting America Member ID (no names) and we can investigate.
