Missing scout on Scoutbook plus but on my.scouting.org roster

Hi I’m using our desk top. Cub Scout 141232675 (removed by Moderator) is on our charter Pack 391, Enfield, CT but not listed on Scoutbook plus after changes. She was listed as a Transfer. Tried to transfer again in but my.scouting.org states she is on our charter and won’t pull her through to Scoutbook plus.

We are having the same problem! Our Council registrar is unable to figure out what’s going on, but we have a Scout (H) who she helped us transfer from Texas to Colorado Springs in July 2024. Then in October, while he showed in our Wolf den, we couldn’t put any awards in because in Scoutbook+ when you clicked on his record he showed as an AOL! 94 days later (after the registrar blamed me for not transferring him to us right even though she was the one who did it) I finally discovered that his old connections were still active and that he had been bumped to an AOL den as an inactive scout in the Texas pack! Fast forward to January, and when our unit charter came through he wasn’t there, and so she told us she still had to make sure his registration went through, which she did. We got his awards updated, but then 1 week later… he is in Scoutbook legacy, but won’t show in Scoutbook+. In Legacy if I try to add him to another den to see if that can jumpstart the system, it bumped me to a screen that says we need to wait for the scout to register first before he can be added. The registrar can’t help us at all on this issue. Can you? SA# 140973974, former ID#140140803 (SB#13033299). He should be in Cub Scout Pack 100 wolf den in Colorado Springs/Pathway to the Rockies.

@FionaFeickert Could you try clearing your browser cache and check again?

No good, plus this is an issue for his den leaders as well as all the committee members, and on mobile browsers as well as on desk tops. We cannot see Cub Scout (H) in Scoutbook+ anymore. (We also DID start seeing a cub scout who moved away and we got transferred out of our pack in Scoutbook Legacy, but I was able to take care of that. Just kind of burned out on a potentially good tool having such dysfunction.)

We got notification that Huxton “withdrew” from our pack. He better not be back in his old Texas pack instead of in our Colorado Springs pack where he lives! Do we need to just get him a new account? We cannot get him back in our pack. (See past communication for the back story.)
We DO have a scout in our pack that we tried to transfer when he moved last summer… Callum BSA#14337113 moved away, got transferred out, and then magically showed back up in the pack. Weird!
How long until after a BSA membership expires will they finally drop from our pack?

Membership questions should be asked to your council - as that is council business

We’ll go back there… poor registrar has no idea what’s going on with Huxton and has refused to escalate this for us. First his old pack moved our wolf to their “aol not rechartering” den, and now he’s just wiped off our records. He’ll probably just drop out of scouting now after months of issues with his account.

Last time we did a screen share, I could see Huxton, but I can’t even see him now. Do you think it would help to try again? Typing another email to our registrar too…

That Scout has a user name and it looks like they made the Colorado Number PRimary - which changed it all to Colorado. I can flip it all again to Tex

But he is in Colorado…

I’ll just restart with the council registrar and see if she can help us get his account back again.

well it seems you ended his last 2 memberships in the last 2 months. I reset another sync to get him back in Colorado Unit
