Scout not showing up for Cubmaster in Scoutbook

Hi all, I wondering if anyone can give me some direction. I have a scout that is on our official roster in My.Scouting, but he does not appear on my roster in scoutbook. His dad, who is also his den leader can see and add advancements to him in scoutbook however. Please let me know if you have any suggestions on how to fix this or who I might be able to contact. The scout info is below.

@DanielMiller11 The Cub Scout had the adult flag set to “Yes” in Scoutbook. This has been fixed.

The Scout also had 5 Scoutbook accounts. They have been merged.
