Missing CubScout after incounsel transfer and duplicate profile corrected

I have a specific cubscout that is missing from the scoutbook roster. I can see the cub in the regular roster. I’ve worked with the local district office to discover there was two profiles and those were corrected. I have seen that the cub is also listed in our pack. I waited the 24 hrs or more for the updates to reflect in scoutbook and I’m unable to find the scout.

@JohnVinci The Scout is on your pack roster in Scoutbook, but not in a den. It looks like you are not connected to the Scout. Try resetting your Pack Admin role in Scoutbook. Here’s how:

  1. In Scoutbook, go to the Pack Roster page.
  2. Click on your name.
  3. Click on your Pack Admin role
  4. Click “Update” to save.

Tried that, no luck there. Other suggestions?

Her account was set as an adult, for some reason. You should be able to see her now.
