We have a Scout on our roster, but his BSA member ID field is blank (there is just a user ID). What’s the best way to sort this out? I have the BSA number from the roster - I just need to get it entered. The old trick of “unapproving” to edit the BSA number field doesn’t seem to work any more. Anything I should try?
What is the Scout’s UserID? We will investigate.

The Scout’s MID was removed from his account and placed on his father’s account. I have restored both the Scout’s and father’s MIDs.
