Scout & parent w/ multiple accounts

Good morning SUAC,

I have a scout who was in NCAC, moved to CO, registered as a Lone Scout, and now is registered with a troop. Mom is not connected in my.scouting.

Thank you for working on this. BEFORE any merging, please tell me all the MIDs involved. I would like to run Scout History reports for all accounts to provide to the parents for their records.

  • mom . . MID 14177490
  • dad . . . MID 14177491

@DougWright this kind of does not add up - the 9885 is the NCAC one BUT it was also used by AWC somehow - then is 2024 as a lone Scout AWC gave a new MID (4027) and moved to Troop 94. I do not see any others for this scout.

So in SB the 4027 MID looks blank to me and the 9885 has all advancements

I have run the Cub Scout History report on #9885 and Scouts BSA History reports on both. Does the scout have a my.scouting account to allow for managing his numbers? Please merge his SB accounts, so he has one remaining, with all his advancements.

And how mixed up are the parents’ relationships?

@DougWright does 4027 have any Scouts Reqs filled in?

@DougWright father is AKELA (Renewal) connected to 4027 - mother is connected to the other but that does not really matter as that is not an active Registration MID - Council can fix those parent Relationships
