Duplicate Parent Accounts for Parents with Multiple Scouts

Good Morning Scoutbook team!

I am requesting assistance in merging/linking several of our parent accounts for parents in my Pack that have multiple Scoutbook Accounts, most likely because they accepted multiple invites to connect with multiple children, or had a second account created when they later submitted an application to become a leader:

Here are the SB/MIDs for the impacted families:

Family 1 (2 Scouts):

Scout 1 Scoutbook ID/MID:12705435/14571897
Scout 2 Scoutbook ID/MID: 12705416/14571865

Parent MID: 140255885
The parent doesn’t have a SB ID showing on their SB profile, but shows up twice when invited to any event or included in any messaging, which throws off our attendance calculations.

Families 2 and 3 have a single scout, but duplicate records for a parent:

Family 2:

Scout 1 Scoutbook ID/MID:12011446/13952733

Parent MIDs: 137497806/13952698; only the ID 7806 is showing up on our roster.

Family 3:

Scout 1 Scoutbook ID/MID:12724881/14597967

Parent Scoutbook ID/MID1: 13368426/1405324921
Parent MID2: 140459291 - this is the ID that shows up on our Roster

Please advise if any further information is required or if there’s anything else we need to do on our end?

Family 1.
The mother has 2 Scoutbook accounts, 2 my.scouting.org IDs and 2 MIDs. I have merged the Scoutbook and my.scouting.org IDs. She needs to log in with the ID that is (first name).(lastname)

I recommend contacting your Council and asking them to use the Relationships tab of Registrar Tools to connect MID 140255988 to her children.

Family 2
The parent has 2 MIDs 2 my.scouting.org IDs and 2 Scoubook IDs.
I have merged these accounts. She needs to use the Google Login button to log in to all systems.

I recommend contacting your Council and asking them to use the Relationship tab of Registrar Tools to move her Scouts from MID 13952698 to 137497806

Family 3
The first MID is incorrect, the correct mid is 140532492

The adult had 2 Scoutbook IDs and 2 MIDs. I have merged the Scoutbook ID.

I recommend contacting your Council and asking them to use the Relationship tab of Registrar Tools to add her Scout to MID 140532492
