Parent can't find son to add him

Hi
Mom is in our council with MID 1310539601, in another council with MID 13110653.
Claims that she can’t connect son to his scoutbook acct. Son is mid 131053897

I thought son was connected. Can’t figure this one out. And yes, the out of council has a different last name.

I think this BSA MID was previously deleted.

Scout’s my.scouting.org ID is firstname.lastname He needs to use this to log in to Scoutbook.

oops, extra digit in Mom ID it is 131053901

Yep, I found it.

I have merged her 2 SB accounts since the one with MID 13110653 would not be reachable because that MID was deleted.

awesome! Thanks. Will let her know son has scoutbook acct, but not my.scouting.acct. I think she tried having him log in there.

His username (login) is:

firstname.lastname
