I have several scouts in the roster where mask formatting was done to the phone number where “(”, “x” are trying to format the phone number.
Looks like ((8(98) 474 - x1111
What is being done automatically to the phone number fields?
This was supposed to have been fixed earlier this year. Post the BSA Member ID (no names) and we will investigate.

Since there are only 2 left, I recommend manually fixing them. By the time the developers get around to looking at it, you could have it fixed.
Fix them by hand, but thanks for reporting the bug! I always love real bugs so they can get fix for the rest of us!
They are fixed. Maybe better testing should be done so members’ profile records are not messed up.
They do a lot of testing, but it seems at times not enough. They don’t allow volunteers to help with development, but we can with bug hunting. So, thanks for your help. Yes, it is painful at times, but hundreds of thousands of Scouts and Scouters benefit.
