I am a merit badge counselor. The phone number listed on the scout accounts is different than my Scoutbook profile. How do I update the phone number to reflect my profile?
Not sure I follow @ChristianZimmermann - do you mean the number in Scoutbook Account is different? if so either go and make a minor change in the Scoutbook Profile or the My.scouting Profile and it should sync to the other.
The phone number that is listed on MB Counselor View used to be part of my Scouting profile. I have removed it from my profile however, it still appears on the Counselor View section for all the scouts that I am working with. How do I update the phone number to match what is in my Scouting.org profile? From what I can tell, my phone number in both my Scoutbook profile and the my Scouting profile is the same, which is not the 443-404 #.
@ChristianZimmermann first step is to do what I advised and give it 24 hours - if that does not work we can setup a Private message to get the Wrong number and search the database to see where it is pulling from
