Eagle Scout Rank Application Report - Source of Phone Number?

Do we know where the Scoutbook Eagle Scout Rank Application Report sources the Scout’s phone number from for the “Telephone (including area code)” field?

We’ve been running this report recently, and we’re seeing the phone number field being populated with an out of date and deleted phone number that we cannot find on the Scout’s profile or either of the parent’s profiles in Scoutbook or in my.Scouting?

We know we can edit the PDF to correct it, but curious where this out of date phone number is being sourced from.

@bryanscouting - i just ran one on a life scout and it pulled the first number listed in the youth profile on scoutbook+ along with the youth email as presented in that same profile page.

I’m running the ESRA out of Scoutbook for a Scout in my troop, I’m the Troop Admin and Scoutmaster for Troop 98 here in DC.
