Scoutmaster flagged to me to he saw unusual message on my son’s account after last rank advancement. Message says “Youth is not eligible to earn this advancement” but neither the SM or me as an ASM can figure out what’s wrong. Youth’s BSA # is 135715020. Can someone please advise?
@GregMcClure if you are talking about Star Rank - the Scout does not have enough Eagle Required Merit Badges. He has 2 - he needs 4
If it is not when they try to award the rank put up a screenshot of just the warning
