AOL member 137144192. Leader gets the message “Youth is not eligible to earn this advancement and must be registered in the appropriate den level for this rank”. I checked the Den Level and it looks right. I saw someone else with this issue had a membership in another den and that caused the issue. I don’t see another den membership. Not sure how else to help this unit. Please advise.
