I need to renew my Scout’s membership. Whether I 1) click on the link in the reminder email sent to me by Scouts BSA, or 2) first login to Scoutbook, then try to renew his membership, I get this error message.
My son’s Scout ID is 137302749
My Scout ID is 13812186 (previous BSA Member ID: 137302750)
His membership will expire this month so I appreciate your help!
@JenniferLovell You are not properly connected to your Scout - I recommend that you contact your local council and ask them to use the Registrar Tools to look up your children. When they look up your children, they want to check your children’s “User Relationship” and make sure that your children are connected to you as parent with Only your correct BSA member ID number
