Scout shows up in MyScouting but not Scoutbook Plus

One of our scouts (141315384) shows up as registered on the myscouting roster, but does not show up on the Scoutbook Plus roster. Can someone help?

I found another scout (141191603) with the same problem.

@KevinSwanson I set up sync for both - they will reappear in Pack this afternoon or Morning - then will need to be added to Den
