Scouts missing in Scoutbook Plus

Scoutbook Using Scoutbook & Scoutbook Plus

There are two new scouts (joined more than 2 weeks ago) who are showing up correctly on our roster at my.scouting.org:

ID# 141898468

ID# 141876948

However, they are not showing up in Scoutbook Plus. They are in their own dens in Legacy Scoutbook, but I can’t get to them in Scoutbook Plus to assign them to the den with the rest of the Lions and Tigers… Any ideas on how to fix this? Thanks!

@JenniferWalsh2 both scouts are in Dens in SB+ - Lion/Tiger

@DonovanMcNeil hmmm… I still don’t see them in SB+ - I’m searching for their names, looking in the dens, etc. and they’re not visible

@JenniferWalsh2 you are connected to them - I would try an incognito window or try clearing your cache

@DonovanMcNeil thanks! It worked when I changed to an incognito window. Weird.

@JenniferWalsh2 so something in your browser cache - clear that and it should be fine
