ID 127995744 aged out last year and registered with the council as an adult volunteer, but was prompted to recharter as “BSA Youth Registration (Trad)”. Perhaps the conversion is incomplete? Please advise.
@MichaelNewman1 A Paper Adult Application has to be filled out - that is the only way to do this
@MichaelNewman1 It looks like this person renewed as a Unit Participant (UP), which is treated as a youth for advancement purposes.
The troop will need to work with the local council to get the position code corrected.
As I mentioned in another post, my council’s registrar sucks… too bad there is no performance improvement process for that.
I am sorry, but we do not have the ability to fix registrations.
You will need to talk with the registrar or who they report to.
