I have a scout that was adopted and his Scout account has been updated but it did not trickle down to Scoutbook and it has been months. Since we do not have an option to edit the scout name, how can we get that updated?

The name has not been changed by council in ScoutNET for that MID.
I also think they gave a new MID for the correct name (136551849) - and that MID is registered in Venture Crew 0808.
I would talk to council to merge these to the correct name. Once that is sorted out we can sort out SB stuff
