Hello.

My user name is an old email address that I no longer use and I was wondering whether the user name can be changed? My Scout ID is109157965. I’ve searched online and don’t see an option to change the user name; is that possible?

You need to contact your Council to change your username. They may need to open a ticket with BSA IT to do so.

Or you can switch to using Google or Apple login by logging in to my.scouting.org then clicking the down arrow in the upper right and selecting My Account

OK, thanks. I’ve been able to get myself in to the account after numerous tries but this is one area that just remains a source of confusion for me. I’ll try the google login option and see if that helps.
