Both myself and my son have multiple accounts. Can be fixed?

I have an error that the same email is being used for another user in legacy scoutbook. Member ID 14141611

my son has been registered with 3 councils. 2 have been merged but his original was not. Member ID 14141610 (current) 134505889 (original)
