I’ve been using Scoutbook Android app for many years. After the latest update (which I have installed and reinstalled multiple times) it will not let me in. Instead I get an error that’s says “unableToGetScouts”. Any idea how I can use this program to track my boys again?
Are you able to log into scoutbook.scouting.org with the same login info? That’ll tell us a little about your account.
I can log in there and it shows my info but it doesn’t show anything about my boys.
@ChristieNorris you are using a Google Login there is another account that has user name and password setup for for you. That one has you Scouts
