Scoutbook Activity Log error

When I try to access activity logs using quick entry, it sends me to the Internet Advancement page at Internet Advancement. When I try to log in using the same credentials that successfully log me into Scoutbook, I get an Error. That’s all it says is Error in a red box. Also, when I try to run reports from my Troop page, it says no reports are available. I know I’ve used both of these features recently, not sure why they’re no longer working.


I don’t see anything obvious when I look at your account. I recommend using an Incognito or Private window to rule out a cache or cookie problem.
