Scoutbook assigned merit badges for advancement our of order, can't close out Life rank

Hello,
Scoutbook seems to select the merit badges that are counted toward advancement. I have a scout who completed Life but Scoutbook is using Merit Badges that were completed after he completed Life as the credit in Requirement #3. Because of that, I can’t shift his status from Approved to Awarded. How do I make Scoutbook swap merit badges that are currently under Eagle to being under Life since those were completed first. To be clear, these are merit badges complete BEFORE those that are listed in his Life requirement #3, and they are Eagle-required for Eagle-required.

Yeah something seems a little off - someone might have forced the date on life - would be much easier to see in a screenshare if you want me to set one up

Currently this scout is going to fail in the Eagle verification process with council for a few reasons so it does need some attention

Hi Donovan, yes, let’s set up a screen share to resolve these issues. I’m the sole administrator, so all the issues likely arise through errors I made and going through them will help me resolve any issues I may have with my other scouts. Let me know how to proceed. I am on Pacific Time.
