Scoutbook claims unit is still set to expire, but my.scouting says it’s been renewed

Hi,
If I go to my unit roster in Scoutbook, I get the following ominous banner:

Warning: Your unit charter is about to expire. To renew or opt-out, please go to this link.

But if I go to “unit renewal” in my.scouting it shows that the expiry date is 12/31/2025.

This is the case for both the units I manage membership for (Troop and Crew). The banner has generated some questions from members, as everyone can see it and it looks to them like we (read: I) don’t have our ducks in a row. Anyone else seeing this or have a fix?

@KevinNickels are you talking bout 361? that Renewal is not started.

Yes.
I’ve done the renewal process for both C360 and T361, and both show (in my.scouting, Unit Renewal) as done. I’ve already paid.

I have this exact same issue. Here’s the message at the top of our roster page on Scoutbook:

Here’s a screenshot of our completed renewal:

The renewal has been completed for our troop for at least a couple of weeks.

Is this message just not recognizing that the renewal is completed?

Idk. Apparently it shows as incomplete on some other reports too, as my COR is asking questions as well.

Interestingly, this is happening again a year later. Just FYI, nothing bad happened last year, everything went through ok.

@KevinNickels- is that notice showing on advancements.scouting.org which is where you should be working

Nope, just on http://scoutbook.scouting.org/.

@KevinNickels- j would ignore it then as scoutbook plus is now the primary site.

@KevinNickels my.Scouting.org is the official site for unit renewal, so if it says that your unit is renewed, then you can probably ignore the warning message in Scoutbook (legacy).
