We completed everything for recharter. Councils system says we are recharter but Scoutbook doesn’t recognize us.

You are renewed for 2026 in the pack but not the troops. Is this expected?
Your Pack’s renewal for 2026 has not been started and expired 10/31/25.
Both troops have been renewed and expire 10/31/26.
If it is the pack you cannot see, this is a Council issue.

Is at the top of the page. When I call council I am told we are re-charted based on everything the inputted.
They can see the message as well but can’t change it.
The pack renewal is done. Everything paid and paperwork submitted multiple times. Council sees renewal completed and submitted but don’t know why National is not syncing.
We are one of 4 units with the same issue.
Council can not resolve it. They have tried everything they can do multiple times. We are told it’s on National side this is an issue.
Personally I should be renewed in 3 units.
This is an issue with your Council, not a Scoutbook issue. The data I looked at when I said you recharter was not started is from Akela, the person database, not Scoutbook. You Council registrar needs to work with Scouting America Member Care or the National Registrar to get this fixed.
Looking at your registrations, it does not appear as if you started the renewal in the two troops. I recommend going to my.scouting.org, My Positions or My Applications and checking there.
Do you have any advice on how to renew these other positions?
I will follow up with council on Monday or registar is on vacation.
Log in to my.scouting.org. Go to My Applications then My Renewals. You should see the positions not renewed listed.
Unfortunately, I don’t see a My Renewals.
After you select My Application from the home page, click on the My Renewals Tab at the top of the page. Far right. If doing from a phone, you may need to turn to landscape view to fit on your screen

Sorry I am back here, as I have gotten more help here than trying to contact National.
My.scouting.org shows completed renewal and Scoutbook does not. Why is there a disconnect.
My.scouting.org has 2 renewals 1 showing not paid and the other paid. We paid in-person at council office weeks before it was due.
@MarnieHam those are council questions as both have to do with registrations
Council doesn’t know. They have a ticket into National. I am impatient as we can’t communicate with our unit members.
The issues are the lack of sync between my.scouting.org and Scoutbook and the Scoutbook lock out..
Your 2 troops are renewed you pack is not. If you paid council - it is a council issue. Where is SB are you seeing the issue in Scoutbook? it is likely cause of the Pack

Thus my reasoning Scoutbook is the issue or a connection to Scoutbook is the issue. My.Scouting.org status is renewed and Scoutbook status is not renewed.
Any help is greatly appreciated. We having been living in limbo since Nov 1. I personally have the ability to email the Pack with Scoutbook access but no Scoutbook Plus access.
@MarnieHam - and the url for scoutbook that you are using is scoutbook.scouting.org and scoutbook plus is advancements.scouting.org. Have you tried an incognito session for both ?
