I will try to test it this weekend and get back to you.
So, I am now able to create a recurring event at 7p, so the error checking issue seems to have been resolved. However, if the recurrence goes past the fall time change (11/2/25), those occurrences show up as 8p. I assume this relates to the DST logic— it probably doesn’t have an exception for Hawaii or Arizona (which do not participate in DST).

Your unit time zone setting is Pacific/Marquesas. Shouldn’t it be Pacific/Honolulu? If so, can you change to that for unit time zone and test again? There is a special consideration for Pacific/Honolulu.

I think we figured it out. An item was pushed to production and then pulled back after I asked you to test. It got push to production today. Would you mind testing tomorrow?
