There is a current issue where Scoutbook has been blacklisted from certain domains, causing e-mail to be blocked. These include:
comcast.com
All Apple domains including icloud.com, me.com and mac.com (messages appear to be flowing to Apple domains as of 2:30 PM Central on 2/7/23)
All Microsoft domains including hotmail.com, outlook.com and .msn (messages appear to be flowing to hotmail.com as of 3:00 PM Central on 2/7/23)
BSA IT is working to address the issue but at this time we do not know when it will be resolved. We recommend using an alternative platform for sending messages until further notice.
