When creating or editing an event on the Calendar, using a sub-unit ie a Den, when any of my Pack Leaders select “All Parents Guardians” for that sub-unit, they get all the parents PLUS all the other Den Leaders in other Dens? Same with selecting “All Leaders” doesn’t just grab the Sub-Unit leaders but all of them.
I think this was previously reported.
I suspect (but have no direct knowledge) that it started as the result of a work-around for units that didn’t have 2 registered adults explicitly assigned to each den (e.g. two dens meet at the same time to cover 2-deep leadership), so offering the ability to have more than just the scouter(s) directly associated with the den as an option for the event. I also suspect that the underlying “all” code isn’t set up to differentiate between “all scouters assigned to this subunit” vs “all the scouters potentially available to invite” (the latter being the superset permitting non-den-associated scouters to be invited).
