I am BSA #7061388 and a Key 3 for two troops. I have suddenly lost all of my credentials for both troops and my kids. I have logged into my.scouting.org and can see everything just fine. I have verified my account and member number is correct in Scoutbook Switch SSO Profile, yet is still see nothing.
I think the SUAC folks will need to set up a position sync.
@JonathanH This should be fixed now. When you log in, make sure you log in with your Google name and password.
