Logged into SB this morning and all of my information, positions (ASM & MBC), and even my two kids are missing.
Not sure if it is related, but we were previously registered in multiple units in two different councils but only recently renewed with the units in our current council (SHAC). Can someone help me get the information in SB restored to my profile?
This is fixed. For some reason, which I have asked the developers to investigate, your BSA Member ID on your Scoutbook account was switched to the “other” council.
