I love scoutbook, except that it takes forever to load anything, or actually do anything. It isn’t internet connection related either, since I use an incredibly fast connection. It has to be on Scoutbook’s side. Every one of the leaders in our troop has experienced it, and it makes getting requirements logged, generating reports, or pulling up any information incredibly inefficient. It is by far the most common complaint about using Scoutbook. This needs to be resolved, because I believe this is the main problem faced when dealing with using the system.

We tried to do a Merit Badge roundup on Monday but we couldn’t even get logged into Scoutbook to log/review requirements. It’s been bad before, but Monday night seemed even worse than usual.
