We are a large’ish troop with >100 scouts, and 10+ patrols. I am trying to update the patrols in SB, and it’s painfully slow… to the point where I wonder why we are even using scoutbook. Just opening a patrol takes ~1min.
Can we make the tool less painful to use?
There are still issues with one of the servers needed to operate Scoutbook causing it and other systems to be very slow or unavailable. Scouting America IT is workig to resolve the issues.
“Large’ish” as he says with nearly 100 scouts. I’m sorry to inform you @NicolasFritsch but that is a very “large’ish” troop. Sorry to hear about your performance issues but congrats on a successful scouting program!
Things got much faster as the evening progressed and I was able to update our patrols in SB. Thank you scouting america IT!
