I am the advancement chair. When I enter requirements from day camp for our cubs, the individual adventure shows it complete/approved, but on the rank dashboard for the individual scout it shows not started. It will not show up on the advancement report in scoutbook plus at all. It shows up in the needs approval report in scoutbook. But once it is approved in scoutbook it does not show at all for needs purchasing in either scoutbook or scoutbook plus. We’ve had lots of awards from summer camp and I have large POs that need purchased. At this point I dont know what is missing and not showing/appearing in the reports and am worried that scouts awards are missing because they are not recording correctly in the needs purchasing/advancement reports. Please tell me there is a fix for this? It is taking hours to properly record awards and not knowing if everything went in correctly is only making things take that much longer. Please help!
@MariaBaker1 this looks to be a simple cache issue - have you tried Shift + Refresh?
