I can approve the historical trails award for some scouts but not for others. For the ones that I can approve, the awarding screen lists out all the individual requirements. For the scouts that I can’t, the screen tells me that there are no requirements for this award, I get an error statement “/0/awards/0/id -1 is not greater or equal to 1”

@edavignon I am having the same issue for entering Honor Patrol on the following id’s 135486730, 140551711, 12823497, 137000741, 134510461, 135829798, 134466591, 140153117 and Eagle Palm Pin #2 for 135672262.

These have been reported.
We cannot enter National Outdoor Achievement Award or World Conservation Awards for scouts in our troop. The page on Scoutbook Plus reads “Youth is not eligible to earn this advancement.” and the requirements are greyed out. I understand this is a known issue with Scoutbook plus. Any update on when this will be resolved and what we can do in the interim to record the scouts’ awards?
Please provide the Scouting America Member ID (no names) for a few of the Scout’s where you are having this issue and how you are trying to enter the awards. The developers need to look into your case.
The developers have resolved the issue for MIDs 135859198 and 14007234. They are still working to resolve the root cause for all Scouts.
Please try to process your awards and let me know if it worked.
I have been told the issue with your Honor Patrol and Eagle Palms has been fixed for the Scouts mentioned. The developers are still working on fixing the root cause for all.

I am having the same issue with the Exploring Law Enforcement and Fire/Emergency Services Award - Tenure for ID130731113 UnitPost 0444
We have the issue for all scouts in our troop, including the following who we are trying to enter completions by clicking on the “[Scout]’s Awards” on ScoutBook, which takes you to the Awards page for the scout on advancements.scouting.org : 14259059, 14251709, 14251701, 14251706, 14414830, 14259052, 140302625. In each case (even where the scout had earned the award previously) there is a warning that says “Youth is not eligible to earn this advancement” and the requirements are greyed out and listed as Disabled.
@CarlHeiberg - first order of business is that you should be in advancements.scouting.org and NOT legacy scoutbook. Second - what award ???
First order of business completed as I was in advancements.scouting.org as noted in my message .. I just was redirected there through legacy ScoutBook. Second order of business - the awards are noted in my earlier message above. Third order of business - this seems to be resolved as we were able to record the awards tonight.
@CarlHeiberg- glad to hear that they were successfully awarded. I would stay with advancements.scouting.org as there is little left in legacy scoutbook. I did not realize you had noted the awards in an earlier post. I thought it was new awards.
