Scoutbook Plus Calendar Den Events - Needs Some TLC

As a den leader, I would like to create multiple events for our Wolf Den so that our scouts and parents associated with those scouts know when to show up.

Acceptance Criteria:

1. When creating an event for a specific sub-unit, the leaders for that sub-unit should automatically be added to the event.
2. When duplicating an event, it should only make one copy when saving. Today it creates multiple copies of the same event.
3. When creating an event for a specific sub-unit, the parents of the scouts selected should automatically be added to the event.
4. When creating an event for a specific sub-unit, only parents and leaders for that sub-unit should appear in the options for attendees. Today, when I select a sub-unit, and I then select parents - it adds ALL the parents in the pack.
5. When duplicating an event, the attendees for that event should duplicate to the next event. Doing this today results in an error and I have to re-add the attendees.

Issues that I am seeing:

1. When I create a duplicate event, it creates multiple copies of the duplicated event, so I ended up with 4 on the calendar instead of one. (screenshot uploaded)

   

2. I have to add leaders for that den(sub-unit) individually. If I use the leaders button, it adds all the leaders in the pack.

3. I have to add parents of the scouts individually. If I use the parents button, it adds all the parents in the pack.

@KarenLeytze- in the calendar view for events are the dupes showing a unit with a leading zero ? Additionally any den chiefs in the pack ?

I couldn’t add the den chief directly, so I used external attendee, but only on some of them. We do have several den chiefs in our pack, but there are currently no den chiefs assigned to our specific sub unit.

For the unit, yes we have a leading 0 for our unit number. But Scoutbook plus on the calendar is not showing a leading zero.

Sort of, but I only have 1 pack in my list of calendar. And I didn’t add our pack to the event. I just made it for the Wolves sub-unit.

2-3 are known issues in the backlog - #1 you would need to try again - I do not see this behavior.
