Where exactly in the process and interface are you seeing an error? Is SB+ showing the message as sent, but you’re not receiving it, or is it erroring-out when trying to send? Is it reminder messages, or messages sent from the messaging interface? If reminders, scheduled reminders or Send Now reminders? These are all different potential bug chasing paths.
If it seems to be sending, but isn’t received, is nobody receiving it, or is it just a subset who’s not receiving messages?
@MarkHolley - I just did a test email to myself and I received it within a minute of sending. I would suggest the same. I would also agree with Charlie that more information is needed to even posit anything.

I had a 1meg file attached, and that was it - but it never told me that, so I just deleted that. It really should tell you why it won’t send, right? I wanted to report back.
