We are trying to get setup our Unit with the new payment system and as a Treasurer, I have submitted our information. However, it is still in "Online Direct Payment - Initiated" status after several weeks.
Has this happened to anyone else and is there an option to get support on this issue?

I am only trying to setup payments for our Cub Scout Pack, so just one unit right now.
Is there a way to check on what is going on?

My Troop is stick on Online Direct Payment - Staged
