I need to create a unit Stripe account in the “Unit Settings” for each of my units in order to “turn on” online payment capability in Scoutbook Plus. I presently serve as Cubmaster for a Cub Scout pack and as Troop Committee Chairman for a Boy Scout troop. However, Online Payment onboarding does not display in “Settings” in Scoutbook Plus for either unit.
The guide I’m referencing seems to assume that Online Payment onboarding will simply appear for Committee Chairs and Cubmasters/Scoutmasters. Please let me know how to initiate Online Payment onboarding in Scoutbook Plus before the deadline on Monday, April 13, 2026.
When is the last day that the Paypal integration will be supported?
My reading of the Important Notice About Scoutbook Payment Logs was that Paypal integration will no longer be supported after Monday, April 13. It sounds as though you are stating that the Online Payment onboarding WILL NOT display in the settings until Monday, April 13. Will there be any overlap so that units may continue to collect payments via PayPal while completing the Stripe onboarding process?
