Scoutbook Plus Payment Permissions Required?

I have a parent attempting to pay through the new system but they are getting this error. I don’t know where to go to give parents permission to make payments. Our online payment status is showing “onboarded” and online payments are set to on. Please advise.

This is the first attempt to process payment through SB+/Stripe. Not sure if it will be a problem for others as we proceed. Appreciate any assistance!

@CourtneyMcCoy - they need to choose the parent profile in the upper right and not the leader profile
