New Parent gets error message no Access to Scoutbook Plus

A new scout’s parent can log into My Scouting and old Scoutbook but get error message no Access to Scoutbook Plus.

I can’t see parent’s number as I keep getting this Error

You are getting the permission error because Committee Members do not have access to adults in Scoutbook Plus.

I do not see anything wrong with the parent’s account. It would be best if she logged in to the forums with her my.scouting.org ID so we can discuss the issue directly.

I have multiple leaders seeing this error doing various tasks.

Myself and a den leader (even after moving the scout into the same den) see it with this new scout, just trying to access their profile in SB Plus.

There is a known issue with new Scouts.
