@GuySuffecool- any reply.. I susyou are closing the order so there is nothing to be shown in the open po section. Do not close the order unless you are done with additional items. This is purely a process issue.
@GuySuffecool - can you outline the exact process you are working when in the to purchase section. You also do know that you can delete the po and start over if you have not awarded anything.
@GuySuffecool- i have worked the po on different browsers and behind a proxy/firewall along with my home connection and I always get the open po. I suspect something with your browser settings as it is either blocking the cache and cookies or has an adding causing issues.
