I have two Scouts (IDs 14654251 and 13541300) who are currently listed as active Den Chiefs. Both of their terms ended on 06/30/2026. When I try and enter an end date on either Scout I receive an error stating neither is an active Den Chief. Their only active position, according to Scout book Plus, is Den Chief. How do I fix this problem for both Scouts?

I just checked. The above issue is still a problem. Does anyone have any ideas on how I can fix this?

The developers signed in as you and had no issues @JeffreyMartin7 .
I would try an incognito window - to see if it is a cache issue. If that does not work I can setup a screenshare to take a look
I have tried to resolve this issue by using incognito windows in both Chrome and Firefox. I also just tried it on my sister’s desktop, with the same issues. I just cleared the cache on my laptop, restarted, and tried to fix these issues. Same problem.
I am the Scoutmaster. I am supposed to have full access to do anything needed.

So these positions. Did you add from the Troop side or the pack side?

The previous Scoutmaster added these two positions. I do not know how he added them. My guess is from the Troop side as he had very little to do with the pack. I do not see either Scout on the Pack side.

When I try to put in the same end date as the start date I receive the error message in my previous post.
Deleting or ending other positions does not appear to be a problem. The only issue I have encountered is with the Den Chief position.
You mentioned a screen share earlier. I am ok with that.
yeah - this might be enough detail now to move the Devs - the DC position was problem from its beginning in SB+ - SUAC complained about it then till now
For my son I added his position from my Boys Troop profile. I never did anything on the Pack side. FYI, I am supposed to have full access on the Pack side to support how I help with the Pack.
Anything I can do to help, please let me know.
I will be happy if they can just fix these three Den Chief position issues.
