Trying to end a Den Chief position

I am trying to place an end date on a Den Chief position and get the following error:

There should be at least one active and not ended Den Chief Position record for the given user and unit and userPositionId - organizationGuid: 1381E542-7578-4D2E-ACE9-8EDCA472A24F - userId: 1875657

What is causing this and how can I correct it and place an end date in Scoutbook?

@RobertDaley If you approve the Den Chief position, then wait a few mintutes, you should be able to end it.
