Scoutbook PO adds 24 Nova Pi devices needed Pi Device

We are doing a end of the year Awards Cerecmony for Cub Scouts and we had a great turnout for our Nova program this year.

We have a Nova counselor associated with our unit. He input the completions into scoutbook and I added the needed Novas to our open PO #809400. For the scouts who will be awarded Nova patches everything is fine.

The scouts who are earning a Pi device (as a 2nd or greater Nova award) the PO is adding 24 per scout. See attached Screen Shot

For added info, the Advancement Report seems to work just fine. Additionally, this same bug is happening for 13 scouts and there are none that the Pi Device is working correctly for.
