I’m unable to run any reports from Scoutbook+. I’ve done the refresh and tried in a different browser but I get a blank screen:
Any idea on what I can do? I had access to the reports a couple of days ago.
@KarenAllen3 the best place to find reports is Legacy Scoutbook (scoutbook.scouting.org) -
@KarenAllen3 We have reported the issue to the developers.

@KarenAllen3 if you are trying to purchase items - it is best to once again use Legacy Scoutbook for that - as the system in SB+ is not ready yet
Thank you! One of the reports, I was looking for the OA Eligibility Report that runs out of internet advancement which I can’t access any more
@KarenAllen3 Look in Scoutbook (legacy). That report should be available in the Troop Reports section.
@JenniferOlinger I used to do the same, used the legacy Scoutbook Pack reports. However, it seems that recently this has been removed. I just attempted and thus I’m now here in the forum commiserating with you all. Happy Sunday! =)

Hello, I tried to get OA eligibility reports from the legacy scoutbook as suggested above, and I can not see any reports from that site now. Previously there were reports there (but they did not have this report). Now I cannot see reports on scoutbook plus or the legacy site.
The OA eligibility report is under Administration → My Dashboard → My Units → Troop/Ship/Crew XYZ → Troop/Ship/Crew Reports
That said, it looks like you may have a different issue, in that I think you should see at least some reports at the level you’re looking at.
@KipKenyon have you tried an Incognito window or a Shift + Refresh of page? And yes the screenshot is the wrong page - go to unit

Thank you all for the quick response! This worked: The OA eligibility report is under Administration → My Dashboard → My Units → Troop/Ship/Crew XYZ → Troop/Ship/Crew Reports
