Scoutbook reset password stuck at loading security question

Hi,

I have a scout bsa id 136172033 tried to reset password.

He gets the email to reset. But it always stuck at loading security questions.

@Keen_HonWong I have synced the Scout’s e-mail address to my.scouting.

Can you ask the Scout to try again? If it doesn’t work this time, you would need to ask your council to reset the Scout’s password.
