Scout Password Reset Issue

Hi there,
I have a Scout who forgot his Scoutbook credentials and claims the password/username reset is not working for him. His BSA ID is 12762157. Please let me know if you can help.

Hi Scoutboook ID is his my.scouting.org ID which is his firstname dot lastname. His e-mail address is @icloud.com.

I suggest he try to login to my.scouting.org and using the password reset there first. If that doesn’t work, as Donovan said, you Council can reset his password.
