Leader Can't Reset Password

I have a leader who ended up with two accounts. Y’all merged them for me about a month ago. Now he can’t login and when he tries to reset the password (from the scoutbook login page) he never gets the email with the link to reset.

@AlexanderGordon1 Please have the leader go to my.scouting and click on the chatbot (“Betty”) on the lower right part of the screen.

When it asks: “Do you remember your security questions?”, he can say “No” to bypass the security questions.
