@VanessaBernard - how was this scout removed ?
Cannot add or edit badges. The only thing I can find is that the membership expired on 12-1-25 but it shouldn’t have. Scout is active.
Where are you seeing the expiration date? Classic Scoutbook? SB+? The official roster at my.scouting?
Were there any actions being taken when the scout disappeared from the roster (e.g. moving between dens, etc)? If so, where was this being done (classic SB vs SB+)?
If the scout is showing as expired in the official roster at my.scouting, you’ll need to reach out to your council registrar to clarify what’s going on, assuming that the scout’s membership was renewed prior to the expiration date.
@VanessaBernard The Scouts registration ended 9/30/25 - the date looked like it carried over from the last unit. The scout needs to register
The Scout should be registered with a new pack 4339 from the 9/30/25 renewal pack 4248.
When I press the add button, it leads me to this forum.
@VanessaBernard Work with your Cubmaster - they can look at my.scouting.org Roster to see that the registration has expired - it has nothing to do with Scoutbook.

@VanessaBernard- beyond the registration being expired you should not be working in legacy scoutbook. You should be in advancements.scouting.org
